What is FSL_HELO_BARE_IP_2 ???

I noticed that mail from my server gets SPAM-indicated due to the following problem. I cant find any information about that. Someone here who can help me out???

Hello

That is a specific SpamAssassin rule. It's triggered when the HELO from the sending server is an IP address instead of a fully qualified domain name. Is this happening on all of the emails you send out? What method are you using to send?
