The server seems to die 2 times a day and I am at a loss. We have had this issue for 2 months now and cannot find any help for this issue.

If any one can help with an exact answer to this issue it would help me alot.

The sad thing is, is that we have already run a memtest and it came out clean.

    Thank you for your answer.

    Anyone else with an idea!!!

Really don't know, but there's a new kernel out. Perhaps you could try it? I don't know what effect that will have...
