You can use http://yourdomain.com:2082 or https://yourdomain.com:2083
If you are using shared IP address then you can use http://IP address/~your username/

http://IP address/~your username/ will only work if mod_userdir is enabled.

 

Well, that just gives me a users web site, not the CPanel.
