What is the difference and managing account access to WHM.

Hi,

1) May I know the difference of logging into WHM via my VPS server name against using my domain name.
e.g. http://vps-server123.hosting.com:2086 vs http://whm.mydomainname.com?

2) If I create multiple accounts in WHM, does that mean that each account will be able to access to WHM? I'm worried that this will open up more channels to attack. Is there any guide on how I can restrict access to WHM for each of this accounts? e.g. some accounts have full access or limited access to WHM while others have no access to WHM at all.

If you have a Reseller account you'll have the icon in your cPanel to get to WHM, and you'll have access to WHM directly as you already know by the links posted. Creating new accounts will not have WHM access unless they are Resellers.
