that function to give your reseller sharing nameservers IP.

Your reseller can use your nameservers IP for their reseller nameservers.

    E.g :

    ns1.yourdomain.com 65.78.79.80
    ns2.yourdomain.com 65.78.79.81

    ns1.yourreseller.com 65.78.79.80
    ns2.yourreseller.com 65.78.79.81

When you "whois" at internic the IPs so 2 nameservers will be appear.

I hope this information will help you :)

Thanks for the reply. That's what I figured. So how does one go about setting this up? I know I have to register the ns with the registrar, but what do I have to do in whm? Probably create an A record for each ns?

    thanks.

Here is a quote from RackShack Forum :

    =======
Adding additional name servers to the same IP's as you for WHM/CPanel.

    - Create the reseller as per normal.
    - Tell them to register ns1 etc and tell them to point to your IP's for your nameservers.
    - Manually create a 2x DNS entry for their 2 name servers
    1 for ns1.reseller.com and 1 for ns2.reseller.com
    e.g:
    ns1.reseller.com:
    ns1.reseller.com NS ns1.yournameserver.com
    ns1.reseller.com NS ns2.yournameserc.om
    ns1.reseller.com A 111.111.111.111

    ns2.resller.com:
    ns2.reseller.com NS ns1.yournameserver.com
    ns2.reseller.com NS ns2.yournameserver.com
    ns2.reseller.com A 222.222.222.222

    And that's it.

Then if you got to http://www.internic.net/whois.html
(after 2 or three days) enter your IP and tick Nameserver and click you 'll see:
    ns1.yournameserver.com
    ns1.reseller.com

Is it possible to setup separate name servers for the resellers?

So that they have their own IPs and don't show ours?

Dont worry about the sharing option. Just set aside two ips for your resellers. Then give those ips to your reseller and ask them to register their own nameservers against it. Then if reseller 2 comes alones give them the same ips and ask them to register their own nameservers against it etc etc etc.
