    I modified the values of the 3 default zone templates to have the following;

    7200 ; refresh, seconds
    3600 ; retry, seconds
    604800 ; expire, seconds
    86400 ) ; minimum, seconds

    So im assuming that when a new site is created from now on that the sites Zone records will reflect my default changes, above.

    WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    My reseller just created a new site and those entries are

    14400 refresh
    7200 retry
    3600000 expire
    86400 minimum ttl

    Am i missing something? Isnt it supposed to reflect my changes? Is this a bug or is the template editor another beta thing?

    HI :D

    You almost make it sound like people are supposed to provide an answer for you and within a certain time frame.

    Not true.

    It seems that Resellers have their own template editor, so they can set their own values.

    Look at /var/cpanel/zonetemplates

    I found out this afternoon that you I've now a root_ template, (I used the WHM-edit option). Instead if you like this global, you better edit the files from the prompt, so they are the new default. If a reseller makes an edit then, this is their choice..
