what is this kernel error !!!

    hello all,
    I am very confused when i checked the server log today.It's FreeBSd Server (5.1),with cpanel 9.3-R27.It is

    Try rebuilding apache.

    Apache is dumping core. Something may be pushing it like one of the exploits in Apache or the kernal DOS attack due to something in TCP.
