What is WHM?

    Hi All

    I've just started with a new hosting provider who use cPanel (vidahost).

    I have read the site with interest and have a couple of questions if thats ok:

    1. Ive read here about an application called WHM as a compliment to Cpanel - what does it do that Cpanel doesn't? And,
    2. Is there an iOS app for cpanel that provides the same funcioanlity and is secure (i.e., not third party that could feasibly be harvesting passwords etc)

    WHM ( web host manager) is for the root and reseller administrators to manage/create cpanel users

    1. cPanel provides an accessible interface to help manage sites; WHM automates server management tasks for system administrators. Additional documentation on WHM is available at:

    2. There's currently no mobile application for cPanel/WHM, however both interfaces should work well on mobile devices via web browsers. Feel free to vote and add feedback to the following feature request:
