What proc. is this ?

hi all,
i have alot of the following processes on server:
/usr/local/apache/bin/httpd-DSSL

anyone can tel me what they are doing ? can i kill this proc.??

That's apache. Everytime a user loads a webpage on your server a new proccess will show up. Don't kill them.
