What the heck support from Cpanel

    Just disappointed Cpanel support.
    I sent ticket support below

    Support request
    ============
    Problem: Checkservd mail the exim failed notification every 10-30 minutes. When I try to restart exim from WHM it return me error
    below. The strange is no problem about receiving and sending emails.

    Guess what I got 2 days later. Below sent from Cpanel tech.

    If you're sure that exim is running fine, you can just remove exim from chkservd and restart chkservd.

    Posting the ticket number would be a start if you'd like to get a diffrent answer.
