what tool to generate a report of per-database MySQL resource usage?

Hi,
if I have many mysql databases, is there a tool to generate a report of the usage of each data over time?

I guess I could sample the "show processlist" or enable slow query log to include all the SQL, but I was wondering what the recommended tool for this task is for shared hosting?
