What will cleandns do?

    As far as i know it makes a new named.boot file and compares it with the old one, or something of the sort, ive never used it before.

    It will clean up any white spaces and will re-order the zones by name in your named.conf file,
    also removes the IP V 6 lines that are there.

    Isn't there a chance it might mess up the entries? On WHM you receive a warning page before your able to run it.

    It has not messed up our zones. However, we also have a backup before running any script ;)

    I have used it many times without any issues on three different servers.
