Hi, since I upgraded to WHM 11.23.2 cPanel 11.23.3-S25971 two weeks ago, stats/bandwidth aren't being kept up to date. I do only use awstats, generating stats every 24 hours, scheduled to prevent cpanellogd and cpbackup from running at same time.
The only almost constant process running in the background is the csf firewall + mod_security addons, both up to date.

Today I found that stats aren't updated since July 5th. How can I force the stats processing via whm/ssh?

    Regards

    UPDATE:
Even if I run the "Process Specific User's Statistics" via whm, it starts processing and I can see the process in the Running Processes panel, and after it ends I can see the updated data via cpanel, but it appears to be still outdated in WHM. :O
I read the following and wonder if the last great STABLE branch update is the culprit.

Yesterday I set the processing interval to 1 hour and thus to 24 hours again and get it working. After that, I upgraded to the new stable version. I will be monitoring how it works and if this happens again will generate a support ticket.
    Thanks

Posting here since I observed a related issue.

I have marked the WHM option that " Prevent cpanellogd (Log Processing) and cpbackup (Backups) from running at same time." but I'm seeing both processes running at the same time.
I have not selected any hourly option for The Statistics Processing Time, so both processes (cpanellogd and cpbackup) shouldn't be running at the same time.
I'm running the last STABLE. WHM 11.23.2 cPanel 11.23.6-S27698

Can I change the start procesing time for some of these processes?

    I have the same problem
i have four servers with WHM/CPANEL.

In one of this servers i disabled the awstats by default.

Now the stats are not updating correctly and the server load is normal.

If i run the stats manually for a user, the process is stopped in the line:
