SOLVED What's the oldest version of Cpanel I can install right now? Version 74?

I am trying to migrate servers. I have an old server that is running version 74. It has mysql 5.5.

I like to install a custom cpanel version that still has mysql version 5.5 support. Then work my way up to mysql 5.7. Is it possible?

Well, I got error trying to install version 76.

***** FATAL: The version for tier '76.0.22' is not defined!

There is what I put in cpupdate.conf

CPANEL=76.0.22
RPMUP=daily
SARULESUP=daily
STAGING_DIR=/usr/local/cpanel
UPDATES=daily

/Edit

I had to add 11.76.0.21 for it to work.
