    Hi,
    I setup a nameserver cluster for my servers but I'm confused to when each server syncs their dns records to the cluster of nameservers?
    I edited a DNS record on a server and assumed the changes would immediately be copied to the nameservers but it wasn't.

    Are they only immediately copied on the creation of a new account?

    Do I need to setup a cron to sync records to the nameservers -

    $ /scripts/dnscluster syncall

    Cheers,
    Tom

    Just to confirm, on each server I it set to "Synchronize Changes" to each nameserver from within the Configure Cluster section of WHM

    DNS zone should be synced without delay but you may need to check the bind reload setting at
    Main >> Server Configuration >> Tweak Settings
    Also verify that named is reloading fine on your server and clusters.

    Thanks for your help.
    BIND reload time is set to 0.
    Perhaps I am wrong and the nameservers are being updated. Will do more testing.
