to Nick Koston,
As my experience with Cpanel.net (4 months) via Tickets Support, they give answer on works time only : 09.00 - 17.00, correct ?

When Cpanel.net give 24 hours support via Tickets support?, you just spend 1 or 2 staffs (night time) to answer all complain/problem/etc from cpanel user .

I live 12 hours different time from Cpanel office, when I need help via Tickets support, they answer while I sleep on the bed, too slow to need one answer. We all (cpanel user) need fast answer because our clients need hurry up to solve our's server problem.

When?

most of us sleep 2-4 hours per day. I assume you sleep more than that because you expect cPanel to fix your servers for you, unlike the rst of us that work for a living. At any rate ..just be awake when we are and sleep when we do. That will fix your problem. OR you could start your own control panel software company and keep hours you want.

I believe Cpanel.net sell thousands of Cpanel license to all the world

I believe the problems in a cpanel server can happen at every hours of days, and our clients need fastest solving which sometime we need consult to Cpanel staff

I believe many of Cpanel user will happy if Cpanel.net can give us support 24 hours

Thank you

That has got to be the biggest load of BS I have ever heard. Since when does it matter when I or other server managers sleep? My sleep patterns have nothing to do with when CPanel may or may not have problems. She asked a simple and legitimate question for which she did not deserve to be ridiculed.

Marty you are 100% right. I was hurting for sleep and was in a piss poor mood. Laura, I am sorry for my comments and hope that maybe the 24/7 support you may find in this forum just may get you by until they change things.

Very nice and well done. I don't see this much on open forums. My respect for you has just skyrocketed (not that it counts for much ;) )
