When Engintron is disabled, getting a 403 for a half an hour after server restart

If Engintron is disabled, if I restart my server or I rebuild it from a backup in which Engintron is disabled, i am getting a 403 for a half an hour, after the issue is gone.
Why a half an hour, and what could cause that?
It seems to be an SSL issue, but I have no real proof...

Hey there! That's definitely an odd period of time, for sure. Is Apache being restarted once Engintron is disabled? That would be the first thing I would check, as you'll want to make sure a fresh Apache process is loaded after that is removed.
