According to Downloads - cPanel Inc. the latest version for the RELEASE update tier is 11.28.64.

I thought that the new one:

Code:
http://docs.cpanel.net/twiki/bin/view/AllDocumentation/ChangeLog/CPanelVersion1128
was avaliable also on Release ....

I need to fix this bug:

Fixed case 45682: setting a mysql password with special characters and no quotes causes mysql to restart every 5 minutes and login failures
Is there any other way to fix this and when it will be avaliable the update for Release?

Can you explain a bit more about quotes on the password giving an example?

Is it for the main root sql password set from whm or the password that a user account send for a forum for e.x ?

Thank you

You may want to familiarize yourself with our updated build propagation methodology, which is described beginning at timestamp 22:30 in the following video: 2010 Q3 Quarterly Roadmap | cPanel Video Site

If you prefer a written explanation, visit: cPanel & WHM Versions and Release Process

There is no ETA for when 11.28.69 (or later) will reach the RELEASE update tier, it all depends on when those builds mature to the quality standards set for RELEASE.

The MySQL Root Password is set from WHM, not an individual customers' cPanel interface.

I am not intimately familiar with Case 45682 or any temporary workarounds, but the type of password that this bug addresses would look like:
Code:
}?Sl(0LsmK67zf}Qo#

There are no special characters in that password, so it would be fine in reference to case 45682.
