When is cpanel account bandwidth resetted?

Hello,

my billing system WHMCS created cpanel account on 19/09/2013
Today is 21/10/2013, but bandwidth quota for that account was not resetted yet. I think there must be something wrong, as account should be resetted i think every 30 days from its creation date?

I may be wrong, but I'm fairly sure it resets on the turn of the month (rather than being based on the account creation date)

Bandwidth is calculated monthly in cPanel and Web Host Manager. It should have reset on 01/10/2013 in the example you provided.
