    Hello,
when we log in webmail we have to put the full username (user@domain.com)
Is there a way to use the user only without @domain.com?
    Thanks

No, you can't as that's the way cPanel recognises virtual email user accounts
It is required because the server does not care what domain they login through on the server or IP as long as it is on the server

that happens because you could very well have "sales" for example on multiple domains on the server, it's impossible for the server to tell which wants to login without the full account name including domain. There are probably ways around it though, which include a custom login form - it could auto append the domain on according to the website that it's found on or anything other criterion you choose. search for webmail login forms for a headstart... :)
