SMTP error from remote mailer after RCPT TO:<>:
550-currently not permitted to relay through this server. Perhaps you have not
550-logged into the pop/imap server in the last 30 minutes or do not have SMTP
550 Authentication turned on in your email client.

    ---
This error was presented when I sent a message in a few minutes...anybody can help me to solve this problem?

Make sure you have "server requires authentication" in your mail client.

    Go on, have a guess
Yeah, you're not authenticating, you need to either:

    1. Do as haze says and use SMTP AUTH

    2. POP your account before sending (POP before SMTP)

If the latter is what you normally do and it isn't working, make sure that the antirelayd process is running and if not:
    /etc/init.d/antirelayd restart
