When I try to start apf by enter "apf -r" in ssh, it shows:

    iptables: Resource temporarily unavailable
    iptables: Resource temporarily unavailable
    iptables: Resource temporarily unavailable
    iptables: Resource temporarily unavailable
    iptables: Resource temporarily unavailable
    iptables: Resource temporarily unavailable
    iptables: Resource temporarily unavailable
    iptables: Resource temporarily unavailable
    iptables: Resource temporarily unavailable

What is that means and how should I do ?

Are you on a VPS? Could be you don't have the memory to load in iptables rules.
