Every time I update cPanel I have to go back into php.ini and comment out the extensions. This is getting old, why have you not fixed this yet? It floods the logs for every site and stops some script from working at all.

I do not even have PDO or sqllite compiled, so WTF?!?

Why not open a ticket about this instead of posting here on the forums if you feel its important, broke and needs fixed?

It is likely due to a prior misconfiguration. You can fix it by moving the existing php.ini file, recreating the default, then doing a diff to add back any modules you are missing or setting changes:

    Code:
    mv /usr/local/lib/php.ini /usr/local/lib/php.ini.bak110726
    /scripts/phpini
    diff /usr/local/lib/php.ini /usr/local/lib/php.ini.bak110726
What likely happened was the prior two case we had where issues were occurring by editing in WHM > PHP Configuration Editor for duplicate entries and empty extension lines. Now those two cases are fixed, those old settings still exist due to it retaining the prior bad configuration. By regenerating a good configuration, it should work. This isn't likely a bug if it resulted from the prior cases, it simply needs to be fixed on this one system properly. A normal ticket rather than a bug report if the above doesn't work should result in us helping to fix it for you otherwise.
