When you transfer a site does it include the trash folder?

Do you know if I add some folders/files to the /home/user/cpbackup-exclude.conf If it will ignore them for a server to server transfer?
It doesn't apply when using the WHM > Transfer Tool

*The global and local exclude files apply to the account backups that you manage in WHM's Backup section (WHM >> Home >> Backup) and the Download a Full Website Backup feature in cPanel's Backup interface (cPanel >> Home >> Files >> Backup).

** They should add in the docs it also applies to the Backup Wizard

So the backups use this file to ignore custom things? It's obvious I just wanted to be 100%. This could be very handy.
Yes so for example, if you use Softaculous, let's say you don't want to waste the resources backing those up for ALL accounts on the server, you could add:

softaculous_backup/

in /etc/cpbackup-exclude.conf

Your backups will exclude that directory from all account backups.

Or there is one account with 5 million emails that are causing your backups to take forever, you could add

mail/

to /home/user/cpbackup-exclude.conf

so it will exclude the mail directory for that one account.
