Whenever user deletes an email address, his other addresses can't send or receive!

Ok this is a weird one...whenever one of my clients deletes an email address from his panel, all of his other email addresses will not SEND OR RECEIVE until the POP SERVER AND SERVER are rebooted.

What is causing this. It doesn't happen to any of my other users.

Its happened like 10 times by the way over a span of a month so its not isolated.
