Hello,

I am askin here, where can I find the logs of cutomers, to find when a customer logged in to cpanel, and did own backups of databank (section: Download a MySQL Database Backup)

Can i find it, whe customer downloaded databank backup and filezilla tranfser log? (and File Manager backups)

I only whant to know users own actions about backups... Not server backups and global logs.. I need the customers manually backups..

Hey there! There isn't a specific log for this type of work, but you would be able to see when the user accessed the backup interface in the cPanel access log at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/access_log. I often find it is easiest to just access the cPanel page myself while watching that log so I know what to search for. Here is what accessing cPanel >> Backups looks like in that log file:

Code:
1.2.3.4 - username [09/15/2022:13:20:00 -0000] "GET /cpsess4629856123/frontend/jupiter/backup/index.html HTTP/1.1" 200 0 "https://4.3.2.1:2083/" "Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:104.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/104.0" "s" "-" 2083
