Hello,

This would have been resolved in 11.32.3.15 and higher per CPanelVersion1132 < AllDocumentation/ChangeLog < TWiki

All versions for all tiers are above that number at Downloads - cPanel Inc.

Is your cPanel the latest version for your tier?

Code:
cat /usr/local/cpanel/version
Please try running the following to force an update:

Code:
/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/upcp --force
If the issue persists, it might be a different issue entirely. At that point, please submit a ticket using WHM > Support Center > Contact cPanel or using the link in my signature. Please post the ticket number here if you end up opening one.

Thanks!

Hi I think my one is the latest version. 11.32.3.23

I am using my own nameserver. just different ip. And not sure how to fix this problem ??

And is different than this person: http://forums.cpanel.net/f43/dkim-problems-3rd-party-external-dns-267001.html

DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) is a means of verifying incoming email. It ensures that incoming messages are unmodified and from the sender from whom they claim to be. This feature works to prevent incoming spam messages.
Status: Enabled Warning: cPanel is unable to verify that this server is an authoritative nameserver for mailvps1.xxxxxx.com. [?]
Your current raw DKIM record is:
dkim._domainkey 1800 IN TXT "k=rsa\; p=MIGfMA0......................"

When I check the dkim in DKIM Core Tools
It can't find the domain or something. :-(
