Where can I find the SSL/TLS Manager?

My SSL Certificate has just expired, but I can't find the SSL/TLS Manager button in my cPanel to install a new one.

Any help getting the SSL Certificate installed would be greatly appreciated.

SSL/TLS Manager can be found in the WHM & cPanel as well.
WHM = Main >> SSL/TLS >> SSL Key/Crt Manager
cPanel : http://xx.xx.xx.xx:2082/frontend/x3/ssl/index.html
or under the security section

But now I am having another problem:
When I try to generate a key so that I can create a CSR, the box where the code should be is empty.

I have tried on both IE and Firefox, but neither work.

Any idea how I can fix this so that the key code appears?

This account you're issuing a SSL certificate for, does it have a dedicated IP address?

Yes, I have a dedicated IP address.

Our host revoked a new cert that he incorrectly installed and now we have even less functionality...
The host has locked off the SSL/TSL section of cPanel, so we are unable to access it at all.

We purchased a new cert from goDaddy -- it is fully functional and showing valid -- but our site still shows the old revoked cert.

Any thoughts please?

Some hosting providers will disable the SSL/TLS functionality in cPanel as they want to install the SSL certificates themselves. You may want to contact them about installing your new SSL certificate.
