I have an inactive account that cannot be re-activated. Inactive seems to be a euphemism for "no virtualhost in httpd.conf". Anyway it can't be re-activated so it seems the data which is used to build virtualhosts is missing. Anyone know where i can find this data?

You can find the data in /var/cpanel/userdata/USERNAME folder. httpd.conf is rebuilt based on the information stored in the datastore.

    HERO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the username is missing from that directory. I'll just copy another account in and edit it correctly.

Thank you - you've saved me hours of work.
