Where did the File Usage (inodes) count go in 54?

Setting aside any dislike for 54 Paper Lantern...

I'm trying to get some important work done and either I'm just way overtired here at 4:30am or the "File Usage" inode stat is gone from Paper Lantern in cPanel 54 "Release" tier.

Ugly as X3 might have been in some people's opinion, it had useful information for running a business and getting work done.

Exasperated...

Hello :)

Please verify the following option is enabled under the "Display" tab in "WHM >> Tweak Settings":

Display File Usage information in the cPanel stats bar (inode count)

Thank you.

Yes indeed. I have all my servers set that way. Which is how I noticed it disappeared after Release updated to WHM 54 Paper Lantern.

Can anyone tell me where they see the File Usage (inodes) statistic in their user cPanel (WHM 54 / Paper Lantern) please?

Scouring the web, I've found other people who say it's missing after updating to 54 / Paper Lantern, but I haven't seen any posts of a solution.

I have the settings enabled in Tweak Settings to display File Usage and in Feature Manager to display Disk Usage Viewer, but I can't see where it has gone.

It's really important see this figure because I'm migrating all users away from RHEL 5 servers to CloudLinux 6.7 servers so that I can enable inode limits, and I need to see how many inodes each customer is using so that I can make appropriate settings in LVE Manager and also handle tickets when the inevitable user inquires as to why they've begun to hit limit warnings.

Any help would be very appreciated, thank you.

EDIT - looks like this was brought up in feature requests 5 months ago and went flat - File Usage in Paper Lantern

I can confirm that since cPanel .54, inode count is not showing anywhere at cPanel, even if we have that setting enabled.

Thank you Duplika, I appreciate you chiming in. Despite the 2 separate Feature Request pages open on this I still wasn't sure if it was something that was resolved and maybe there was just something wrong with my servers. I really miss the important statistics being on the left side without having to switch to Retro and then back to Paper as I log into each customer account during this migration. That, combined with the infamous bug that forces me to reset each transferred account's MX after moving them (and no, the fix mail permissions script doesn't do the trick.. at least not when transferring accounts from RHEL 5 servers to CL 6.7 servers despite both running WHM 54). I so can't wait to get through these migrations and find out what sleep is like again someday... I'm sure many here can relate.

Hello :)

Internal case CPANEL-4081 is open to address the issue where inode usage is not displayed in Paper Lantern. There's currently no specific time frame available on a resolution, but I will update this thread with more information as soon as it's available.

Thank you.
