Where did the Pure-FTPd config file go?

Hi,

I seem to have lost the pureftpd config file that used to be located in /etc/sysconfig/pureftpd

Editing /etc/pureftpd.conf does not affect the server.

Anyone have any useful info?

Thanks.

I second this

I need to know where the files are too; I don't have the time to reverse-engineer
this again. I like to run a second copy of pure-ftpd on a different port and I don't want to interfere with the Cpanel copy. For now I'd be satisfied if pure-ftpd would run properly; every time it updates now it crashes. Switching to proftpd works but the auto-update switches over to pure-ftpd every morning. I'm pretty disgusted with the latest (stable) update; this box has had zero problems for the last year. I'd appreciate any constructive suggestions that don't start with "Pay Me"

Thanks

Thanks. It has moved from /etc/sysconfig

I'll try killing off my old copy which depended on that file and then updating
when I have time. For now, proftpd seems to work.
