Hello,

bugzilla is meant for posting bugs as moderators have often pushed towards that.
tickets are for getting directly in touch with cpanel.
25th december 2005 onwards apprently it seems that zero POP traffic issue in MailDir format has been resolved as it is being logged now.

However, there has been no reply to ticket posted on 30th december 2005 (posted in continuation to an already open ticket)

Update bugzilla entry http://bugzilla.cpanel.net/show_bug.cgi?id=3388 on 30th December 2005 but no response.

Changelog doesn't mention anything bout that bug being fixed. (in WHM as far as i can see it)

So can forummoderators point me to a place which exists where i can post tis issue? Till now all attempts on all available channels have gone unheeded.

Same thing happened wrt SM config.php to clear that folder mess. That's also fixed but bugzilla never updated nor did changlelog show anything. I am on CURRENT_69

TIA

Would you ever call a company which doesn't list your country (not listed on US embargo list) on their Call back list of Countries? I wouldn't. [email protected] is already contacted as that's where tickets go i presume and there is one ticket open since long. OK so perhaps a reply should be due anytime after 5th Jan 2006.

Thanks for directions :)

Go on, have a guess
Of course I would call them if I wanted a response from them. If you're not that concerned, then so be it, but the telephone number is there for those that are.

I have no idea what your response meant, but if you're in a country where you fear they won't call you back... then why not go to skype.com and get a "skypeIn" US phone number?

Or use one of the many other low-cost VoIP providers who will give you a US phone number?

If you call them, about a ticket you are told that you should not be calling them about a ticket -ever.

Been there - done that.

Yes Chirpy, now what if on calling one is told never to call about a ticket? (c.f lloyd_tennison post). Are there any more options left (besides locking this thread out). It's not that I am not concerned, but it's cPanel who is not concerned?

Then I guess that falls under the heading "**** out of luck". If you're not happy with cPanel's support policy there are plenty of other control panels you can choose from if you believe you can get better eslewhere. I'm not here to defend it, I just tell you what it says on their site.

Thanks for your suggestions and comments.
Would always consider other control panel as suggested, before cpanel now as suggested more so because even DC selling their licenses aren't pretty happy the way issues are dealt with. It's 9.9/10 cases WORKSFORME unless the solutions are spoon-fed if one has to expect attention to bugs.

Cheers
