where do you paste the mail servers?

i registered my domain with name cheap and now use peoplehost for hosting, peoplehost emailed me mail servers, where would i have to paste this. and after that is done how do i go about making an email adress for this server.

-these are probably silly que. but i am new to this

that should be a question your should be asking your host that's what you pay them for
enter your cpanel and click the mail icon
