Where does Mailman store members mail addresses?

Where and how on the server does Mailman store members mail addresses? And is it possible for administrator to enter mail addresses to the list without the member having to confirm it?

I'm not sure on the whole proccess of how mailman goes about storing mail addresses, but you can get all mail addresses from a list.
cd /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/bin
./listmembers list_domain.com

This was helpful. You don't happend to know if admin can add members manually without the member having to confirm through email?
