where does whm store the account info

lets say if an account listed in httpd.conf and it stilkl got all its directorys but isnt listed in whm

what file do we need to restore for it?

as i like to backup this file myself but i dont know where whm would store this

check out /var/cpanel/users to make sure the Cpanel user file is there and there are details inside that cpanel user file
