Where has /var/cpanel/webtemplates/ moved?

I can not locate the referenced folder /var/cpanel/webtemplates/ - was it moved elsewhere ?
I also had mention of this in my personal notes made a few months ago

I am trying to locate the template pulled in by /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi
