Hello, I am trying to locate the Accounting.php.inc file? I have been on the phone and emailing cpanel to no avail. They tell me it is here usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Accounting.php.inc But when I ftp in there is nothing in the usr/local/cpanel there is not even a folder called Cpanel within the usr/local/cpanel ............ When I told them there was nothing there, the said they would be surprised if cpanel was working at all. It seemed to be fine. Never the less I did a fresh install of Red Hat 7.3 and a fresh install cpanel then I updated all the scripts....... Guess what? Still nothing there? Does anyone have any what may be going on? Any help would be great, even if it is an id10t error................. Thanks

How do you FTP into the server as root? I didn't think it would let you.

You should not, It's insecure to allow FTP Access to such files.

I only want to have access to the root of the plans that i´ve sold. It is possible?

I am a resseler and I want a root FTP only for the plans that I sell, with no permissions to directories of others resselers.

You mean you want access to the root of all your shared users?

    That's impossible.
