I have a hostitcheap.com account that uses cPanel with the Mailman program up and running. I want to change the e-mail message that invites potential subscribers but could not do it through the adminstrator pages. I sent an e-mail to the hostitcheap.com help desk asking for the location of the database associated with the Mailman program so I could make the changes there. I was told that Mailman does not use a database but everything I've read says it does. Can anyone offer any help with this matter? Is cPanel hiding the database?

You do not have access to that area. The Systems Admin of the server would need to make custom changes.
