Beside contributing to Bugzilla is there a "right" place to discuss Cpanel beta versions and exchange information?
Not really, since they're both unofficial and unsupported, and often only contain updates internal to cPanel themselves, and really, you should never run them unless you're doing development work since it would be lethal to use them in a production environment.
