The SCP built by pc-center.gr is a pay product. Their pricing structure is as follows...

Pricing for 20 users:
monthly: 	  	  	15 $
yearly: 	  	  	150 $
lifetime: 	  	  	500 $
 
Pricing for unlimited users:
monthly: 	  	  	50 $
yearly: 	  	  	500 $
lifetime: 	  	  	1,600 $

Their panel does not however integrate with whm or cpanel.
Myself and my partner are working on the following application : http://www.cpshout.com
Which will have support for multiple servers per client, bitrate restrictions, and full integration with cpanel / whm.

The project is now in the works, and we'll have a preliminary screenshot up in the next hour or two.

and these are a long time ago changed...




Also cpanel integration is very easy for SCP we just dont think
its necessary to give a shoutcast user webhosting on same account too!

Its not security wise, our panel completely isolates shoutcast users on your system,
and they have zero access on server, they just have access on SCP, which is cooler
and more secure !!!

you just cant 'isolate' a "SCP". Thats like saying, "the xtra plan will only have cronjobs, and 500KB of space". So, being able to isolate a scp from the rest of cpanel wont be possible in the near future (unless they plan on distributing a theme with one link to the SCP panel and nothing else).
