Where to change email address that displays in the account suspension page ?

Hi,

I recently suspended a site and it was showing a different email in the suspension page, i searched everywhere in WHM but could'nt find where to change that email.
In the suspension web template page I also changed the variable and hard coded my own email but to no avail.

Can anyone please tell me where this email is coming from so I can change it ?

Thanks, i found it, it was set in /var/cpanel/public_contact/root

Also there is an interface for this at WHM>>Account Functions>>Web Template Editor
