Hi,

I have posted a couple of things on these boards and still havent got my negative disk space in CPanel problems sorted out. I tried everyhting suggested and nothing!

My question now is this, we pay for a product (quite an expensive product) and we do not get proper support! Who do i contact to get proper support? Do DarkOrb have a support email address or are these forums it?

I believe you are supposed to seek support from the vendor to whom you pay your monthly fee to. They are supposed to answer your support questions. I\'ve also heard that some vendors are better than others when it comes to support. Evidently, support is a major issue with this product.
