Where to upload avatar and where is the Control Panel?

I'm trying to upload where to upload an avatar but I can't find it where to do it. Also, how can I access my control panel or is there no control panel in this forum?

Hello,

You can edit your avatar in Settings > Edit Avatar area. As for the control panel, the area to control the account is Settings. You would not be able to log into the administrative section of vBulletin to control the account, so all of the editable options are in Settings area.

The "Edit Avatar" section does not show up on my "Settings" page..... going to "profile.php?do=editavatar" manually yields a page with only one option: "Do not use an avatar."
