I voted for Other. I'm using DRAMS and it rocks. http://www.dramsystem.com

You can view my site which uses DRAMS: http://billing.qth.com

The above site is mostly using one of their free templates, then I did some customization.

I am also an eNom reseller (about 1000 domains) and DRAMS integrates wonderfully with eNom. In fact, DRAMS was originally a cPanel & eNom billing & management system, but they have grown from there.

Anyway, my two cents... if you want something that integrates well with cPanel and eNom, I can honestly say I'm thrilled with the product, and the support is outstanding.

Looks like WHMap has a strong lead at the moment , wish there would be some more votes though as we are looking for objectivity :)
Pity I cant add more options to the poll now, as I would include drams, whoiscart , phpCoin and uebersmith aswell and of course "rpmws" DIY ;)

www.autopilot.com is excellent for small companies that are starting out and just need a system that works and minimal features. Easy to use for both admin and clients. It's well supported. Good price.

www.modernbill.com is good for growing hosts who need (or will need) LOTS of features and functionality. This script can do just about anything you can imaging. More expensive, and extremely complex to configure. Did I mention it's complicated and hard to set up?

www.dramsystem.com is excellent if you desire to have seamless domain management with your billing system. DRAMS started as a domain mgmt program, and then cpanel mgmt and hosting was added later. It's a good script and works well, but it's difficult to customize the templates and make your site unique. It's sort of like most ecommerce shopping carts, where the script comes "out of the box" with a web design and then you have to customize it. Good price, and well supported.

www.clientexec.com is very slow development. But the user interface is one of the best I've seen. Good price, but I think AutoPilot is better value.

www.aubersmith.com is probably the best system for hosting I've seen. But it lacks several key features such as tax zones, proper paypal integration, etc. It's probably the most well-designed system available, and this is reflected by a very intuitive and easy to use interface for everyone. There's a few good features, too.. such as ability for customers to create "tech only" accounts (with no access to billing area), etc. The downside is that you are going to pay heavily to use this system.

    Hope that helps.

And then there is CBMS which is free and VERY solid. No cpanel API and no realtime CC but is a great base point for building your own custom system. CBMS is the guts to ubersmith. I started with about half of that script 4 years ago and have spent about 500 hours making it just right for me.

here is the link to CBMS
