I am running a 3rd party script on one of my pages, however I keep getting all these PHP warnings. I'm told by the developer to just disable PHP warnings in the php.ini, as these warnings (unidentified variables) aren't affecting functionability. I did a search in SSH and found about 6 php.ini files in various directories. I was wondering which directory is the one for Cpanel/apache installation, so that I can change it.

    Location:
    Go on, have a guess
/usr/local/lib/php.ini which may be symlinked elsewhere, e.g. if you have Zend Optimizer installed.

Does not seem right to me.

I look the file pointed by phpinfo() and all extensions are commented inside this file (domxml gd, you name it, all have a ; in front of the line).

While these extensions shows inside the phpinfo) as being loaded.

So i do wonder which php.ini is really used so i can go about and configure my server properly.
