Hello

Is There any tool in WHM or a addon script for WHM to check Which site Cause my server load too high?

if you enabled SuExec you can check which user causes high loads through the "CPU/Memory/MySQL Usage " and "Show Current CPU Usage" in WHM or the "top" command with SSH
