I have seen many rootcheck tools

    RootCheck
    Rkhunter
    Tornkit
    Chkrootkit few of them

    Which one is good?

    I am running cPanel/ redhat 9 server.

can someone recommend me a one… or do I have to use them all?

    Go on, have a guess
No point in using all of them. I'd recommend running chkrootkit and rkhunter as they're very well established and do things in sufficiently different ways to make them mutually beneficial. Be aware that you will get false-positives from both for some things, most of which have been discussed on the forums.
