whitelist and filters being overwritten

I have over 100 accounts and I am a reseller on a server. One day all my clients whitelists and email filters were overwritten. My admins say they have no idea how this happened. So I edited all accounts manually to change back all the settings.

Then on the 10/29 all 100 accounts whitelists and email filters were wiped and new ones in the place again.

Again my admins don't have a clue as to why this happened. Any help here would be great.
