I was wondering if at the account level, can you whitelist or bypass spamassassin based on the "To" address of an email. For instance if a user is receiving an important mailing list where the "To" is always the same address, but the from shows the individual person's address so it varies. I tried an account level filter but it doesn't seem to allow for preventing spamassassin from running and the spamassassin page only has a whitelist from option.

For now I've added an IP range at the WHM level as a trusted SMTP server, but I'd rather not do that if I can avoid it.

Any thoughts? Am I missing something obvious in the GUI, or should I manually add a rule to the spamassassin conf?
