I edited my ~/.spamassassin/user_prefs and added a "whitelist_to". I kept it for a few months and I've now deleted it.

Unfortunatelly, SA still marks incoming emails matching that deleted rule!!!

Anyone seen this problem before?

Do you still see the rule when browsing to "SpamAssassin >> Configure SpamAassissin" within cPanel for the account? Also, have you tried restarting SpamAssassin? You can restart it via:
